Jeffery D. Walls is the principal of the Sweeney & Associates, Inc. office in Round Rock, Texas. Mr. Walls has over 15 years of professional irrigation design experience and 18 years of civil engineering and landscape architecture experience. As a former Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) employee, Mr. Walls has tremendous understanding of the rules and regulations affecting irrigation design and installation in Texas. His experience includes water management of large scale irrigation systems through the use of central control software. . Mr. Walls is proficient in the use of both AutoCAD and MicroStation drafting software.

In addition to his duties in managing the Texas office, Mr. Walls has designed irrigation systems for large projects all over the United States. Over the last sixteen years, he has designed the irrigation systems for large scale transportation, sports complexes, residential master planned communities, native land restoration and cemetery projects. Mr. Walls' key responsibilities within the company include coordination and design of irrigation systems, written specifications, submittal reviews, and construction observations.
