Mr. ZumMallen, vice president of the firm, has designed and managed many large-scale irrigation projects from inception to completion using AutoCAD, LandCAD and Microstation.

Rick C. Frakes, Principal — Project Manager

Mr. Frakes has over ten years experience with irrigation design at Sweeney & Associates.

S. Cameron Blayney, Principal — Project Manager

Mr. Blayney has for the last 17 years been involved in all facets of the irrigation industry, including contracting, distribution, service, troubleshooting, design and consultation.

Craig E. Landis, Principal — Business Development, Client Relations

Mr. Landis has a broad irrigation background which spans a period of more than 40 years as a field technician, licensed contractor, material supplier and consultant.
